DND 3rd

Subpages will include a collection of useful information/tools I make and find for 3rd and 3.5 DND. As I combine the 2 editions, it will rarely (if ever) state specifically which edition it's from.

I'm slowly building a "comprehensive" database if magical effects, poisons, materials, etc that can be found here: DND.odb Note that I'm making this in OpenOffice. This is still useable, but hasn't been updated in a while...may convert to something else (spreadsheet or Firebase db maybe).

House Rules:

• Ignore multiclass penalties unless it gets excessive (for example 4 classes of 1 level each and 1 class with 16 levels).

• Stats are no longer rolled. I now use point buy (32 points). Calculator (note: use 3.5e column, add race modifiers to the top): https://www.myth-weavers.com/pointbuy

• Limit books (PHB + 2 others). Books must be pre-approved and will be added to a list for tracking. After character creation, anyone can use any approved book. I may add 1 or 2 myself if I have a specific NPC ally/enemy to use.

  • Note: This is rules books only, so a book like the Hero Builder's Guidebook for rolling backstory doesn't count.
